- The Moonverse timeline diverged from the main timeline during the events of “Devour,” in which the Inspector sacrificed himself to seal the rift instead of Mark. This failed, and with no Inspector to contain the entities slipping through the rift, the world fell into chaos, and most of the main cast perished. Mark and Rory became nomads who traveled the country together, fighting off monsters when necessary and trying to keep the Inspector’s spirit alive.
- This is the second and final Neverglades story to be narrated by Ruth Hannigan, the first being “A Neverglades Halloween.”
